Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the house, not like the majority of other poker games that gamblers wager against other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, starting players do not need to fret about other, more knowledgeable gamblers winning their cash.

An additional Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game play, beginners are able to take their time and plan without having to make hasty choices.

It’s also simpler to bet on for a long time with basically a tiny bit of money since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The player is dealt seven cards faces showing and the croupier is dealt 7 cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand must be better than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
