Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old origins. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the east with the western in an excellent game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player vs. the house, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers bet with other players. By gambling against the dealer, starting players do not need to fret about other, more skillful people taking their money.
One more Pai Gow advantage is the relatively leisurely game play, rookies are able to take their time and plan without needing to make quick choices.
It’s also much simpler to wager on for an extended time with only a tiny bit of cash after all, to not win, each of your hands must be lower than both of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards face up and the dealer is dealt seven cards faces hidden.
A five card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
